1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. At AELORA | Aesthetic Lab, we ensure every lash tray undergoes a strict quality check at our specialized manufacturing facility in Pingdu before being dispatched to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer worldwide shipping to ensure lash artists everywhere can access our lab-standard products.

• Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days.

• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (via DHL/FedEx).

🎁 FREE SHIPPING OFFER We are proud to provide FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $30 USD. For orders under $30, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your "Lab-to-Door" delivery every step of the way through our carrier's tracking portal.

4. Customs and Duties AELORA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Delays While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
