30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Hygiene & Condition Standard Due to the nature of our products (eyelashes and adhesives), for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any items that show signs of use or have broken seals will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@aeloraofficial.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
